Kate's work is built around a simple but powerful belief: colour isn't just something we see, it's something we feel. Through her work, she helps people understand how intentional colour choices can support nervous system regulation, self-awareness and energy, and how these choices can influence your mood, confidence and emotional wellbeing. At the heart of Kate's message is the idea that the full colour spectrum is one of the most overlooked wellbeing tools we have, hiding in plain sight in our wardrobes, homes, food, environments and everyday routines. With over 25 years' experience working in transformational wellbeing, styling and personal development, Kate is known for turning complex ideas into simple, practical tools that people can use immediately.
Kate delivered her first TEDx Talk in 2025 and has become the colour expert of choice for Fearne Cotton's Happy Place Festival, where her workshops sell out year after year. She has also spoken at major events including Chris Evans' CarFest, delivering workshops to audiences of more than 2,000 people, and she is the colour expert for Frankie Bridge's Faves.
Her colourful approach and personal story have been featured in Psychologies Magazine, Woman & Home, Grazia, Cheshire Life, Stylist and Best, amongst many others. Corporate clients include Thames Valley Police, the NHS, AO and Wates Construction, all of whom have introduced Kate's groundbreaking 'Soul Shades Colour Personality Training' into their organisations.
A seasoned presenter and workshop host, Kate has delivered live colour experiences at shopping centres, festivals and events across the UK, helping more than 25,000 individual clients boost their confidence, energy and self-expression through colour. She also shares her world of colour online through her fast-growing Instagram community of over 18,000 engaged followers.
